Default Notes and Disclaimers allows you to configure content which will appear at the bottom of all Estimates and Invoices. For instance, estimates may benefit from including standard language such as "Estimates are only valid for 30 days" and invoices could include "Thank you for your patronage!"

Add Default Notes and Disclaimers
In Practice Account, click on Default Notes & Disclaimers.
Input the note or disclaimer content which you would like included at the bottom of all estimates, then click on Update. Click on Invoice to toggle to the input field for adding invoice content.
All invoices or estimates will now include your note or disclaimer by default. The contents however can be edited as needed for each invoice or estimate.
