On occasion you may encounter an issue while using Remedly. When you do, please submit the issue for review to support@remedly.com.
Please provide as many details as possible when submitting an issue to allow our team to conduct a thorough and efficient investigation. Helpful information includes:
- what action you were taking when the issue occurred
- any error messages encountered
- step-by-step summary of events
- screenshots and/or videos of the issue
- any details surrounding the issue such as invoice/payment numbers, patient name, appointment ID, etc.
The most effective and efficient way to capture all of these issue-related details is to create a video of the event.

Standard tool for Mac
To capture a screenshot of the entire display:
1. Tap Shift + Command + 3.
2. Find the picture on your Mac’s desktop.
To capture just a part of the screen on your Mac:
1. Tap Shift + Command + 4.
2. Find the picture on your Mac’s desktop.
To record a video on your Mac:
1. Tap Shift + Command + 5.
2. Find the video on your Mac’s desktop.
To record a video on your Mac:
1. Open QuickTime 
2. Tap “File” at the top of the display.
3. Choose “New Screen recording”.
4. Hit record.
5. You can record the whole screen, or click and drag your mouse cursor to record just a specific part.
Vimeo Extension for Chrome
1. Open your Google Chrome browser.
2. Go to Settings.
3. Click Extensions.
4. Click the Main menu button in the upper-left corner.
5. Click Open Chrome Web Store at the bottom on the left.
6. Type Vimeo in the search bar and select Vimeo Record - Screen&Webcam Recorder.
7. Click Add to Chrome.
8. Click Add extension.
9. You'll see a success message.
10. To pin the extension click the Extensions icon.
11. Pin the extension.
12. Vimeo will be pinned to the upper-right corner.
13. To record the video click the Vimeo icon.
14. Allow the extension to access your camera and microphone.
15. Turn on/off the camera and microphone If needed and click Start recording.
16. Choose what you want to share (the whole screen or only the window) and click Share.
17. The recording will start in 3 seconds.
18. To stop the recording click the red square.
19. The video will be saved to your account. You can rename it, copy the link and send it to us.
RecordJoy
RecordJoy is a free online screen recorder (online service).
1. Follow the link https://www.recordjoy.com/
2. Create an Account and Signe up.
3. Click “Start screen recording”.
4. In the opened window choose what you want to record and click “Share”.
5. Click “Stop recording” if you want to stop.
6. In the opened window you can generate the link to your video or Download it.
RecordScreen.io
RecordScreen.io is another online service.
1. Follow the link https://recordscreen.io/
2. Click “Record”.
3. Chose “Screen Only” and click “Start Recording”.
4. In the opened window choose what you want to record and click “Share”.
5. Click “Stop recording” if you want to stop.
6. In the opened window you can Download recorded video or Close.
Icecream Screen Recorder
1. Download by link https://icecreamapps.com/Screen-Recorder/ .
2. Install to your PC/Laptop.
3. Launch Icecream Screen Recorder.
4. In the menu “Settings”, set the required settings and the location for saving video files.
5. In the menu ”Capture video” select Fullscreen or Custom area.
6. In the menu that appears, click “Rec” to start recording and then “Stop” to stop recording.
7. Find you video file at the chosen location for saving video files.
Extensions for Chrome
If you use Chrome browser, you can find lots of extensions that will help you record videos in the Web store.
1. Go to Settings.
2. Choose Extensions from the menu on the left.
3. Open the Menu and click Open Chrome Web store.
4. In the search bar type "Screen recorder"
5. See available extensions. If you need more choice, click More extensions.
6. If you chose the extension, click on it and then click Add to Chrome -> Add Extension.
7. Once the extension is added, you can go to the extensions menu in the top-right corner and pin it for quick access. It will be available from the icon near the address bar on the right.
