Top Banner: Remedly Link, Patient Invite Code, and Navigation Icons
On the left side of the top banner is the Remedly label. Clicking on the Remedly label anywhere in the platform will return you to the dashboard.
In the middle of the banner is the patient invitation code.
For more information on this code, please see the following article:
The icons on the right side of the banner will navigate you to other modules:
1. Messages
Messages allow you to send communications both internally within your practice as well as externally to patients.
Click Compose -> Choose a patient/staff to whom you want to send the message -> compose a message -> add attachment if needed and click Send.
Patients will receive an email notification that a message is waiting for them in their patient portal, where they will read the message contents for HIPAA compliance.
Staff will receive the message as a dashboard notification.
2. Two way texting
Two way texting is like an internal messenger with the help of which you can quickly exchange text messages with your clients.
Once you click the icon you get to a new window where you can start sending the new messages to your patients and check their answers. Find the patient in the list and send a text message to them. Once the patient replies you'll get a reply right into the conversation window.
The advantage of two way texting is speed. You can always be sure that this way your messages reach your patient the same minute you send them.
Note: This is a feature that is provided separately. Contact your CS manager to turn it on for your practice.
3. Calendar
This icon navigates to the Calendar. For more information on the Calendar features, please see the following articles:

4. Reminder List
This icon navigates to the list of internal reminders for all staff. Reminders can be created for yourself or other staff, can reference a specific patient, and must include a date for the reminder to appear as a dashboard notification on the designed staff member's dashboard.
When a patient is referenced in the reminder, the patient will not receive any notification since reminders are internal only. Be sure to add notes to document what action needs to be taken on the date designated, then click Create.
5. Inventory
This icon navigates to the inventory module where you can manage the inventory for your practice. To learn more about the inventory module, please see the following articles:
6. Financial Transactions

Search Capability
The search input fields enables locating patient accounts. Search results are rendered when any of the following data points are inputted:
- patient's first name
- patient's last name
- patient's email address
- patient's phone number
Clicking on the search results will direct you to patient history for the patient selected.
For more information on patient history, please see the following article:
Anonymous Before and After Photo Sharing
From the dashboard, providers can search all before and after photos for a procedure with a candidate considering the procedure to help demonstrate the impact of the treatment. The photos will display without reveling the patient name for HIPAA compliance.
Select the correct treatment from the list of procedures and click Search.
All of the before and after photos uploaded for the selected procedure will be provided for sharing anonymously with the candidate.
- Note: to display only photos for which you have received patient consent to share publicly, add a tag such as “public” to filter only photos which have patient consent to share anonymously.
Note: only providers have access to Before and After photos on the dashboard. Staff do not have this interface.

A provider's dashboard notifications are displayed as follows:
The dashboard notifications for a staff account include two additional columns: Record and Note. These columns provide visibility to comments added by a provider for staff member review regarding the online consultation or online follow-up.

Dismissing a notification using the option will remove it permanently from the list.
Note: Dismissing an unapproved chart or procedure note will only dismiss the notification and not delete the note itself. The note will still be available in patient history.
Note: an unfinished note will product a dashboard notification for all staff which identifies the staff member who started the note. This allows for other staff to finish the note if needed. However if one staff member dismisses the dashboard notification, it is removed from all staff dashboards.
Example above: 12/14/21 procedure note for patient Anna Mazzanti
Below the dashboard notifications, you can also see details about completed online consultations by clicking See Completed Online Consults button.
