How to Activate Payments Integration
To activate the payments integration, please follow these steps:
- Go to Settings - Payments
- Choose the practice you want to set up with payment integration:
- Apply for Global Payments special tariffs by clicking Global Payments offer
- When the enrollment with Global Payments has been completed, you will receive credentials for your merchant account which will need to be added by clicking Connect to Global Payments.
Input the credentials provided by Global Payments via email into the input fields.
Also you will be able to edit merchant services partner credentials.

Managing Terminals
Terminals allow a merchant to capture required credit and debit card information and to transmit this data to the merchant services provider or bank for authorization as well as to transfer funds to the merchant.
In order to receive a terminal, please reach out to your Customer Success Manager or support@remedly.com.
How to Add a Terminal
To connect a terminal to the system please follow the next steps:
- Click Add Terminal button
- In the pop up window, specify the following information:

- Terminal name
- choose Department where the terminal will be used
- choose the terminal Brand
- add the terminal's Hostname which is accessed in the the terminal's settings

3. Select Add Terminal to save changes
You will be able to see the list of terminals added to the system.
How to Edit a Terminal
To edit the terminal, press the three dots and select Edit.
There you will be able to rename the terminal or reassign it to another department.
Note: To change the Device hostname or brand, you will need to remove the terminal and add it again from scratch.
How to Remove a Terminal
To remove a terminal, press the three dots and select Remove. The terminal will be instantly removed.
