Remedly's Approach to Product Feedback
Feedback is an essential component of Remedly's operation as it provides valuable information on what is working well and what areas need improvement. This allows us to make necessary adjustments and optimize operations.
Feedback provides us with insights into the experiences of our users. This information helps us identify challenges, spot emerging issues, and understand the demand for new features.
Once we receive feedback, we review it across the company and create action items for our roadmap and overall improvement. The amount of feedback we receive on an issue helps us prioritize which issues to address first. If a particular issue receives a high number of requests, it automatically becomes our top priority. Therefore, the more feedback we receive on an issue, the faster we can resolve it.
Ways to Provide Feedback
Below you can see the ways of sharing your feedback with us. You can choose the one that is more convenient for you.
Using the Help button in Remedly
1. In Remedly, the Help button is available on every page in the bottom right corner. Click on the button to get started.
2. Then click on the Contact us button.
3. Describe your thoughts in How can we help you? text field and click Send.
Using the Help Button in the Help Center
1. When in the Help Center, find the Help button in the bottom right corner and click on it.
2. Type anything (e.g. feedback) and press Enter.
3. Click on the Contact us button.
4. Write your feedback in How can we help you? text field and click Send.

Quarterly survey
Every quarter our company conducts a survey that consists of two questions:
1. A question about company performance, followed by
2. A question about a platform or support rating.
We ask that you answer these 2 questions, rating us from 0 to 10. We are seeking perfection, so only 9 and 10 ratings are treated as positive. We also appreciate comments, as they show us the exact direction where we need to go. We greatly appreciate every opinion!

What Happens to Feedback
Different teams across the company study the feedback from different sources and analyze it. As a result, we create action items for our roadmap.
The action items are then prioritized based on the number and type of feedback received.
The items with the highest number of reviews which will make the most impact to the platform for the least amount of engineering effort will move to the top of the action list and get addressed sooner. That's why we always ask for as much feedback as possible. This is the feedback that influences further product development. We value your every opinion!
