- Patients interested in new treatments can submit photos of their intended treatment site and describe their treatment needs by answering a few simple questions.
- Providers can evaluate the patient remotely directly from providers’ Remedly dashboard and provide an assessment of the proposed treatment and the next steps.
- Be sure to have the online consultation feature activated in your account settings. This vital feature is included with your Remedly account.
- Provide Online Follow-Ups
- Patients that already had a treatment can do the post-treatment follow-ups directly from their patient accounts.
- Patients can provide photos of their treatment site and answer a few simple questions.

How to Use Online Consults
Remedly’s Online Consults are a great way to save your patients the hassle of coming into the office. Patients can use the HIPAA-compliant Patient Portal to answer questions, submit photos, and receive a response and cost estimate from your practice, all from the comfort of their home.
How to Use Online Follow-Ups
Remedly’s Online Follow-Ups functionality allows patients to share post-treatment feedback online with their provider instead of coming into the practice for a scheduled appointment. The patient can provide both written and visual feedback, allowing their provider to respond and schedule an onsite appointment only if necessary.
