In order to reset the password for your patient portal follow the steps:
1. Go to the practice's website and click on the Patient Portal link or directly to https://www.remedly.com/login. Click Forgot Password to reset the password.
2. Enter the email or phone number associated with your Remedly account and click Send Reset Instructions.
3. Your temporary password is sent to your email.
4. You will receive a password reminder email from DoNotReply@remedly.com within a few minutes.
5. Copy your temporary password and go back to the Patient Portal website.
6. Enter your email address and paste the temporary password from the email.
7. It will direct you to change your password. Your new password must be at least 6 characters long and include at least one number and one letter. Click Submit when you are done.
8. Now your new password is saved! Click OK and log in with your new password.
