The Appointment Audit Log provides visibility into changes made to any appointment in the calendar. Insights include when changes were made and by whom as well as what change was made.
To access, use the sidebar menu to navigate to Audit Logs then Appointment Log.
Use the filters to search all appointments based on various criteria, including by patient name, user name who made the update, or appointment date range as well as all changes made within the past day/week/month, then click Update Filter.
The appointment ID can be found on the appointment, however, it cannot be copied and pasted into the filter.
Appointment Audit Log consists of several columns:
- Date: when the appointment was updated.
- Patient: for which patient the updated appointment is scheduled.
- User: which staff updated the appointment.
Note: If the appointment was updated by the patient with the help of email or sms, the user field will be empty. - Event: what section of the appointment was updated.
- Appointment ID: which appointment was updated.
- Details: what update was made, with any contents before the -> being the original appointment data and any contents after the -> being the updated appointment data.
The filtered results can be exported for further analysis.
Note: Time Block Audit Logs are found by searching (-1) for the patient's name.
Note: The appointment audit log keeps the information for the period of 3 latest months.
