New Patient Status Reinstated
The New Patient badge will be visible in the individual patient history until the patient has their first appointment at your practice.
The badge will disappear If the appointment has passed with one of the following statuses:
- Scheduled
- Confirmed
- Message left
- Rescheduled
The badge won't disappear If the appointment has passed, but it has one of the following statuses:
- Cancelled
- Waitlisted
- No show
- Reserved (not confirmed).
Improved Workflow for Consent Forms
To more easily navigate consent form signing, we have improved the description of the tools that can be used by the patient while completing a form. These notes are located at the top of the first page.
Also, you can find a duplicative Next button at both the top and the bottom of the multi-page consent forms for ease of use.
Preferred Patient Pronoun Visibility on Patient History
In order to refer accurately to patients as you're addressing them, we've added the patient's preferred pronoun to their individual patient history.
Pronouns were previously and remain visible in the appointment as well.
Improved Logic of Report Notes not Started or Committed
The report Notes Not Committed or Started includes only the appointments for which no notes were created and which have one of the following statuses:
- Scheduled
- Confirmed
- Message left
- Reserved (not confirmed)
- Rescheduled
The appointments with statuses Cancelled, No Show, Waitlisted are no longer included in the report.
