Staff Encounter Notes Visibility
In order to enhance visibility of the status of notes for all users, notes created by Staff are visible by all users on the patient's chart.
If an encounter note has been created but not yet completed by Staff, all users can now see the note on the patient's chart but only Staff will have the Edit button to finish the note. This is to ensure version control of the note.
Provider's visibility without editing capabilities:
The note's status is In Progress which means a Staff member has not yet finished the note. During this status, only Staff can access and finish the note.
Once the note is finished by Staff, the provider designated in the Approval By field will receive a dashboard notification to review and sign the note thereby committing the note.

Advanced Analytics: Provider Performance and Revenue Breakdown
To enhance your data analytics, our Advanced Analytics module offers a new report entitled Provider Performance and Revenue Breakdown.
The report allows you to target data based on surgical vs. non-surgical treatments as designated in Treatment Setup:
You can further segment the data based on location, visit reason, and date ranges including specific quarters:
This data will help answer revenue questions such as:
- which of our surgical/non-surgical treatments produced the highest revenue?
- which of our providers are delivering more surgical/non-surgical treatments?
- which location generates the most surgical/non-surgical revenue?
- how has my surgical/non-surgical revenue changed year over year? Quarter over quarter?
