In this release, we focused on improving the performance of our most-used features, including the calendar, invoices, and dashboard, so these pages will render more quickly. Increasing the speed of our page downloads is an ongoing effort which we seek to improve with every release.
Below are the platform changes which were included in addition to the usual bug fixes.

- Enable partial refunds of prepaid packages
- Allow the ability to uncheck a checked in patient on the calendar
- Display a patient's Date of Birth on the calendar
- Change the payment method Brilliant Distinctions to Allē
Partial Refunds of Prepaid Packages
The ability to refund a partially-redeemed prepaid package is possible from multiple locations with equal capabilities:
- Payments and Refunds
- Prepaid Packages
- Patient History
From Prepaid Packages, the refund can be initiated using the down arrow.
For treatments, refunds can pertain to some or all of the treatments and also be applied to redeemed treatments.
For inventory, refunds can be categorized as discarded or returned to stock, in which case inventory totals will be adjusted accordingly.
All refunds allow for adjustments in case only a portion of the original purchase price will be refunded.
Uncheck a Checked In Patient
If a patient has been checked in for their appointment inadvertently, they can now be unchecked for that appointment.
Display Patient Date of Birth on the Calendar
Hovering over an appointment will now also reveal a patient's date of birth.
Payment Method Brilliant Distinctions is now Allē
Due to the rewards program Brilliant Distinctions changing their product name to Allē, this is now reflected in our Payment Method options.
