Patient Communication Log
Located in a new section labeled Audit Logs, the Patient Communication Log allows you to review all emails sent to patients in order to verify email delivery and contents. The search capability allows targeting by patient name, email address, email contents, and time periods.
Scheduler Icons for Invoice and New Patient
The scheduler will now display two new icons when appropriate: New Patient and Invoice.
New Patient icon will display if this is the first appointment scheduled for this patient. Clicking on the icon will open the appointment.
Invoice icon will display if there is an invoice associated with the appointment. Clicking on the icon will open the invoice.
Editing Email Subject in Automated Communications
In order to brand the subject line of patient automated communications, you can add your practice name or further customize this content. This branded content encourages patients to open your email.
Note: this content was previously editable for some of the automated communications. We have now updated the rest of the automated communications with editing capability:

Removed Pending Provider Approval
We have removed the requirement for new provider accounts added via User Accounts to be Pending, thus requiring approval by Remedly staff. Instead new provider accounts will be Active, same as new Staff accounts, and their email invitation to join Remedly will be sent immediately.
New Provider Title: Laser Technician
We have added the title Laser Technician as an option for Provider accounts in User Accounts.
