This adjustment ensures that the file names are more descriptive and recognizable, especially when multiple reports are saved or opened on your device.

How to Read the Prepaid Package Price List Report
Items column has the following details:
- includes a prepaid package item name, quantity, and retail price per item
-
if a prepaid package consists of several treatments/inventory items, each package item is listed on a separate line within the cell for readability
Discount (%) of the entire package is calculated as an average of all discounts set for each prepaid package component. Look at the example below:
Discount (%) = (10%+($20/$200*100)%+($60/$200*100)%+($10/$200*100)%)/4 = (10%+10%+30%+5%)/4 = 55%/4 = 13.75%
Discount ($) of the entire package is calculated based on the total price of the prepaid package:
Discount ($) = ($200+$200+$200+$200)*13.75% = $110
Price of the entire package is calculated based on the total price of the package (sum of the retail prices multiplied by quantities = sum of the Subtotals in the above screenshot) minus the Discount ($):
Price = ($200+$200+$200+$200) - $110 = $690
