Adding Payment Options to Payment Method List
The following payment options have been added to the Payment Method List within the Payment and Split Payment screens:
- HintMD
- PayPal
- YOUniquely You
Customizing & Editing the Title of Procedure / Chart Note
Practices can now edit the Title of Procedure or Chart Notes. The edit can be made either while originally charting the visit or afterwards by appending the note.
Previously, notes were automatically titled with the name of the procedure performed. This change will allow users to more easily distinguish one visit from another.
Edited note titles will be visible on the Show Summary of All Notes quick-view screen.
Changes to a note’s title will be documented in the Addendum log history, which is visible on the note’s PDF.
Adding Middle Names
We have added a patient demographic field for middle names. You can run reports by this field from the Dashboard or the Financial Module.
Allowing Providers to Set Up Their Own Custom Treatments
Provider users can now set up their own Custom Treatments by adding sub-treatments to existing Remedly-defined treatment categories. Adding the "Surgical" option would require the provider to sign the consent form for these treatments.
This is done on the Treatment Setup screen.
Arranging & Editing Order of Scheduler Columns
Previously, columns appeared in the order in which they were added.
Now, each user can arrange the order in which columns appear on their calendar.
This is done within the Column Manager tool (top right icon on the calendar).
Adding Staff Titles to User Accounts
The following staff titles have been added as Provider titles within User Accounts:
- NP
- PA
- BCO
- CRNA
- Cosmetologist
- EMT
- BSC
- Veterinary Nurse
