Patients Can Now Log in to Multiple Patient Portals
When logging in to the Patient Portal, patients of more than one practice will now be able to select which practice's Patient Portal they want like to log in to (see image below).
When a patient of more than one practice first logs in, they may first see the screen below which prompts them to set/reset a password per Patient Portal.
This means they also can now create a unique password if they want to, with their single email, for each Patient Portal they utilize — no matter how many practices they're a patient of.
Additional Payment Methods for More Accurate Reporting
Practices can now choose additional payment methods for more descriptive and accurate payment Reporting. Additional Payment Methods added are:
- Debit
- Email transfer
- WeChat Pay
- AliPay
