Clean Up UI (User Interface) in Care Team's Location Section
Simply click Hide Locations or View Locations to streamline experience.
Control Your Patient Portal Content and Patient Communication
Now you can decide whether or not to enable your patients' ability to message you/your Care Team. You can also control whether or not to display your Care Team to patients in the Patient Portal.
Manage Another Staff Member's Patient Messaging
Now, when a patient submits a message to a specific provider, another staff member can view that message including any attachments — in order to take action as needed. This empowers you to be responsive to patient needs as a team.
Additional Provider Titles Added in Staff Designation Options
Now you can provide even more accurate titles when assigning Providers (and these titles display in the Patient Portal to the patients). We've added the below provider titles to staff designation options:
- MSW
- MNLP
- MPA
- MCAP
- LCSW
- LMHC
- CHT
- MS
