Sketcher Enhancement
Clicking text-box will now allow you to apply text directly to the sketches created in Sketcher, as well as uploaded images. When you save, the text entered is converted to image format.
Update to Logged in Length Preferences
You will now be able to permanently set your logged in length preferences in your Profile
Granting Global Permissions to Providers and staff
You are now able to toggle permissions for both providers and staff in the Global Permissions under User Accounts. Approved user with settings toggled on will be able to edit or use these features:
Under financial transactions:
- Card Readers - Access to credit card readers
- Anesthesia Fee - Assign preferred anesthesia cost for each location.
- Facility fee - Assign preferred facility cost for each location
Under Patient Charts:
- Medical History - Edit Medical History questions
General Notes & Alerts Will Now Display Within the Patient History
The active alerts popup which normally appears on the appointment page will now also display in the Patient History page.
Outstanding Forms Can Now Be Signed Within the Dashboard
Providers and staff can now sign consent forms without leaving the dashboard. You will now be able to quickly sign all outstanding forms consecutively.
From your main dashboard, you will see items that require your attention and select “Complete” under actions.
Enhancements To Notifications & Notes
Clicking on "Dismiss" for an unapproved chart or procedure note in the Task Dashboard will now only dismiss the notification and not delete the note itself. The note will still be available in the Patient History.
Notes can be listed as Active or Archived. An added filter will allow you to view "Active" to see all notes that have not been archived, "Archived" to display all archived notes, and "All" to display all Active and Archived notes.
A note of when and by whom a call note was archived and unarchived will be recorded at the bottom of the PDF in red text.

You can see the notes associated with appointments when viewing the iCalendar appointments on your mobile device
