Targeted Dashboard Notifications
To ensure the dashboard displays only relevant notifications, Global Permissions allows you to target which dashboard notifications each staff member should receive, including:
- Low or expiring inventory
- New leads
- Appointment requests
- Patient follow-up call due
- Subscription payment decline
- Claimed birthday special
Online Store Purchase Notification
In order to be responsive to orders placed in the online store, new orders will generate a dashboard notification for staff designated to manage online orders in addition to being visible via the Inventory module's Online Store Orders tab.
Unredeemed Prepaid Packages
To see how much revenue has been collected but not yet redeemed for prepaid packages, use the Balances of Prepaid Packages report located under Analysis Reports or the Balances of Prepaid Packages button under Prepaid Packages. Report will be generated as a CSV file including total summary per treatment.
Patient Insurance Submission via Patient Portal
To streamline the patient check in process including the ability to verify insurance eligibility prior to an appointment, the patient portal includes the ability for patients to provide their insurance details.
