Subscription Charges for Patient Credit
In order to allow patients to build credit in their account, the Subscriptions feature now provides a Credit option. Using this feature allows the patient's credit card to be charged on a monthly or yearly basis with the payments accruing as credit on their account. When their treatment has been rendered, their accrued credit can be applied to offset the invoice.
For more information on our Subscriptions feature and how to accrue patient credit, please see the following article:
Adding Images to Automated Actions Emails
Our formatting toolbar now includes the ability to upload a logo to your customized patient email.
For more information on how to configure Automated Actions, please see the following article:
Search for Patients by Email
In addition to searching for patients by their first name, last name, or phone number, you can now search by using their email address as well.
Scheduler Notes across All Staff
When a note is created for a column on the Scheduler, the same note is now seen across all staff members to improve practice-wide communications. Hovering over the three dots icon allows visibility on who created the note and when.
New Provider Title
We have added LPN as a new provider title option.
360 Payments Terminal Upgrades
Our merchant services partner 360 Payments will be upgrading all practices using their services to their new PAX terminals. Our integration with the new terminals provides the following improvements:
- Tokenization of the credit card information enabling the ability to run refunds against invoices without having the credit card details on hand
- Updated terminal look and feel
- Credit card signatures provided via the terminal are captured within the Remedly invoices
360 Payments will be contacting all practices using their services soon concerning the terminal upgrade process!
