Double Booking Notification
Being able to double book allows for optimization of scheduling when providers are only need to meet with a patient for a portion of the appointment block. To avoid any booking conflicts which occur due to double booking, a notification will now pop up to warn the scheduler of any conflicts based on:
- Provider
- Room
- Resource
To configure your calendar to deliver these notifications, use the options provided under Practice Account, using the Practice Profile link then the Appointments tab. Toggle which of the three conflicts should generate a notification.
Closing a Note with Content
In order to avoid data inputs being lost unintentionally, a warning will appear when a chart or procedure note is closed, instead of using the Save or Commit options, if there is any content in the note such as sketches or documentation.
Multiple CPT Codes within a Note or Invoice
For submitting insurance claims, multiple CPT codes can be added from within the chart or procedure note and also from within the invoice. By clicking into the code field, you can then enter three characters to render initial results for selection. CPT codes inputted in either the invoice or the note will be reflected in the both locations.
Graphical Analysis Reports Without Patient Check Out
Until now, all Graphical Analysis reports required an appointment to have the patient checked out in order for that appointment's data to be included in the report results. This requirement has been removed, so all data will now be included regardless of whether or not appointments have been checked out.
Use the Create PDF Report button to export the results as a PDF.
Deselect Treatments in Sketching Tool
When using the sketching tool, treatments can be added as needed using the Add a procedure button. In order to remove unnecessary treatments from the list, use the red X to delete a treatment from the sketch legend.
