Referral Source for Telemedicine and Phone Consult Appointments
Our latest release allows the ability to capture the referral source when scheduling a telemedicine or phone consultation appointment. Identifying your patient referral sources allows you to better target your marketing resources towards fostering new patients.
Updated Report includes Referral Source
A referral source section has been added to the All Patients report in the Patient Category reporting module. This additional data will enable your practice to see how your patients are hearing about your practice as well as which patients are missing referral source data.
To pull this report, go to Patient Categories within the reporting module, select the Search all patients checkbox in Step 1 and All patients in Step 2. After the report is generated, select Create CSV to output the data for your general use and analysis.
Timestamp shows Patient Cancelled or Confirmed their Appointment
When a patient confirms or cancels their appointment either by email or text, their update will now be documented within the appointment, including the the patient's name, date and time. Your practice will now better understand who changed the appointment status and follow up with the patient if needed.
Note: our previous release allows your practice to identify which staff should receive dashboard notifications when a patient cancels. For more information, please see the following article:
Search Feature when Inputting Insurance Information
Users can now search for a patient's insurance company when adding insurance information. Insurance details are added using the Edit Patient Information pencil icon on Patient History. This quick search capability allows faster and more accurate insurance identification. Search results will render with a minimum of three characters.
