Automated No Show email
Instead of sending No Show emails manually to your patient, this process is now automated, saving your practice time and effort.
Marking an appointment as No Show will trigger the automated No Show email to be sent to the patient's email address.
No Show emails, as well as other automated emails, can be found and edited in Practice Account -> Automated Communication.
To change the verbiage of the email, click Edit then adjust the email to your needs and save your changes.

Invoicing for Out of Stock Inventory
You can now create an invoice which includes an inventory item that is out of stock. Instead of blocking this activity, you will receive a warning to notify you that the inventory item is out of stock but you can proceed with the invoice regardless. This is helpful if you want to collect patient payment now and plan to order new stock to ship later to the patient.

New Color Coding
Color coding helps to visually interpret the calendar so you can see at a glance more appointment information. For your convenience, we have added a new color-coding filter option - By Visit Reason (Infill).
The option to view the calendar By Visit Reason displays the treatment color(s) along the top edge only of the appointment.
The new option By Visit Reason (Infill) fills the appointment with the treatment color(s). If there are more than one treatment assigned to the appointment and the treatments are configured with different colors, as in this example, the appointment will be striped with the treatment colors.

New Payment Method Option
A new payment method - Denefits - has been added to the list of payment method options. This new payment method will record all the payments made via https://www.denefits.com/
