Closing Chart/Op Note Tab Warning
If you start a new chart/op note in a separate tab and then close the tab inadvertently, your note contents are not retained. To avoid losing your note content, a pop-up will warn you so you can cancel the tab closure and complete your note as needed. This pop-up warning will appear every time you try to close a tab with a chart/op note.
New Menu Design on the Dashboard
The main menu on the dashboard provides access to all features within Remedly, replicating the feature options on the calendar page. This updated menu provides greater accessibility from the dashboard for ease of use.
Note: the Practice Account section in the left-side menu is located at the top now.
Refer to Visit Reason in Automated Communication Emails
In order to reference the patient's visit reason in your automated emails, use the new smart object Visit Reason while editing the email content to dynamically insert the appointment's Visit Reason into the email.

Appointment Status for Upcoming Appointments in the Patient Portal
For patients to understand the status of their upcoming appointments, each appointment's status has been added to the Appointments tab in the patient portal. This clarity is especially helpful when the appointment status is Rescheduled and the appointment is visible in the patient portal.
Appointment Log
The Appointment Audit Log is available again and can be used for checking the changes made to the appointments.
