Customization of Required Fields in Medical History
To ensure you capture as much medical history data as possible from your patient, you can require patients to complete the text field provided when they respond Yes to some of the questions. To activate, use the corresponding toggle switch on the right side of medical history.
By activating this toggle switch, the patient won't be able to submit their medical history until the text input field has content.
Note: The toggle button is available only for questions that:
- are toggled to Ask
- provide the additional input text field if patient answers in the affirmative.
Room Details Displayed in the Calendar
If you want to see the rooms in the appointment description on the calendar, you can activate their visibility in the Appointment Info filter.
Once activated, the room information will be visible in the appointment tile as well as in the appointment details when you hover it.

Patient Categories Visible while searching
In order to quickly see which category a patient has been assigned to, the patient search includes the associated category icon after their date of birth.
The patient categories are assigned automatically such as the new patient sticker 
or manually via patient demographics using the edit feature on the patient history:

Self-Scheduling for Minors
The age restriction for self-scheduling has been removed. A minor can request an appointment via self-scheduling without any further authorization and approval required from the practice.
