Manage Allergies in eRx
Once your practice has been activated to enable eRx integration, information about patient allergies will be managed within Rcopia. Allergy details should be documented in Rcopia in order to benefit from notifications showing contraindications when prescribing as well as other benefits.
The Rcopia Patient button will allow you to access patient details within Rcopia.
The button will open Rcopia.
The Manage Allergies button allows you to add the allergies in Rcopia.
The button will again open Rcopia.
The Update Allergies button syncs the allergies list with Rcopia in order to display the Rcopia allergies list within the patient chart.
Manage Medications in eRx
With eRx integration, patient medications will also be managed in Rcopia from the Medications tab in the patient's chart.
The Rcopia Patient button will open the patient's details in Rcopia.
The Manage Medications button provides the ability to add, edit, or cancel patient medications in Rcopia.
Clicking the Manage Medications button will open prescriptions management within Rcopia.
The Update Medications button syncs the list of medications in the patient chart with Rcopia. Click this button to populate the patient's medication in Rcopia within the patient chart.
You are able to easily find the desired medication when sorting by column using the arrows provided.
Manage Problem List
With integrated eRx, the Problem List will display any information regarding issues related to issuing prescriptions from Rcopia.
Problems are managed within Rcopia and can be accessed from the patient chart.
The Rcopia Patient button takes you to the patient's details in Rcopia.
The Update Problems button syncs any e-prescribing issue from Rcopia to display in the patient chart. Click this button to see the latest updates from Rcopia.
