If you do not want a user to have access to Remedly anymore, you can archive their user account.
If the user is assigned to future appointments, has active reminders, or is activated for self-scheduling, first you need to conduct some preparation steps presented in this article:
When there are no future appointments or reminders for the user and they are inactive for self-scheduling, you can navigate to User Accounts. (Practice Account -> User Accounts).
Locate the staff member to be archived and click the icon for their account.
Select Yes to confirm archiving the staff member.
Refresh the page to see the staff member account as archived.
Archived users can easily be unarchived by clicking the arrowto reinstate their user account.
