If you notice that the platform is not behaving as expected, it can be caused by your browser cache which retains or caches the data about your browser activity. As this data builds up over time, it can cause your browser to behave not as expected.
If this is the case, we recommend clearing your browser cache to remove any stored content on your browser which may be causing these issues. This is necessary from time to time to maintain a healthy browser, much like rebooting your computer.

To clear the cache follow the steps below:
1. Click 3 dots at the top right corner of your browser and select Settings.
2. Type "cache" in the search bar and select Clear browsing data.
Or go to Privacy and Security left-side menu item and select Clear browsing data.
3. Make sure you are in the Basic tab. Select All time in the time range field and select all the checkboxes. Then click Clear data.
