If a patient is having difficulty logging into their patient portal, it may be because they are not using the correct password. To address this, they can reset their password and receive a temporary link via email to allow them to log in and create a permanent password.
To reset their password, they need to go to https://www.remedly.com/login and select the Forgot Password option below the login button.
After they input their email address and click Send reset instructions, they'll receive an email containing their temporary password. They may need to check their junk folder for the email.
Note: you can reset a patient's password on their behalf by copying their email in their patient chart and inputting it in the Reset your password field above. We suggest verifying that you've correctly recorded the patient's email before resetting their password.
You can also check the patient's temporary link in the Communication Log.
You can get there either from the main menu on the dashboard or from the left side menu of the calendar: Audit Logs -> Patient Communication.
To filter the logs, input the patients email.
Find the patient's Password reminder email and click view.
You'll see your patient's temporary link, which you can share with your patient if they cannot find it.
