There are two ways to check open time slots for providers:
1. From the calendar
You can check providers' availability in the month calendar view by selecting the Open Time Slots checkbox.
Note: If you don't select the Open Time Slots checkbox, the system will show the unavailability percentage, e.g. 100% busy.
You will see the lines representing each provider (provider color is set in User Accounts). If the line is long, it means that the provider has many time slots open. If the line is short - the provider doesn't have many open time slots.
To check availability for a specific provider on a specific day, click on their color bar. A window with their available time slots will appear.
2. From the calendar search option
Click the search icon in your calendar and follow the steps in the custom search on the right. To see availability for a provider, select the Open time slots radio button.
When all of the desired steps are configured, click Search.
