If you have enabled the integration with one of our partner merchant services, you can easily keep the patient's credit card data with the Credit Card on File feature.
Add Credit Card on File in the Individual Patient History
In order to add a credit card on file go to the individual patient history, expand the Credit Cards section and click Add Card.
Add the credit card's data and click Save Card.
Once the card is saved, you'll see a success message. Click OK.
The credit card will be added.
If you want to remove the credit card data from the individual patient history, click Delete.
Add Credit Card on File in the Appointment
You can also add a credit card on file while creating an appointment.
Once you have selected the patient, click Add Card.
Fill in the information about the credit card on file and click Save Card.
The card will be added to the list of credit cards on file.
If you want to add another credit card on file, click Add Card once again.
Note: When the credit card on file expires, the card will be removed from the system.
