Added ability to upload forms completed on paper
We've enhanced Forms functionality with a new way to manage forms that patients fill out on paper. Now you can upload these forms as attachments to mark a form as completed:
Form has to be a .pdf file up to 10 MB size. You can add notes to uploaded forms, and add multiple signatures both from patients and practitioners.
After uploading the paper version, form changes status to completed. It's content can be viewed same as the usual form by clicking on its name:
New feature: Superbills
We've collected our bills and receipt exports into a single document called Superbill - this allows you to generate a document containing all the necessary billing info for patient reimbursement.
To create a Superbill, click "More Actions" from Bill view, then select "Generate Superbill":
Once generated, a superbill opens in a separate tab:
You can access previously generated superbills from your user's Operations Log:
Allowed posting reversal payments to previously voided claims
Previously, the system didn't allow any actions or adjustments to claims voided on payor side. Based on users feedback, sometimes the insurance would send remittances with payment revokes (reversals) to claims, even if they were voided on insurance side. To get this specific case reflected in Remedly, you now can post reversals to previously voided claims.
Note: this still requires a claim to have a non-zero payment. You can learn more about claim voiding types in this article.
