New Triggers & Events Functionality
We are excited to announce the launch of Triggers & Events in Remedly.
This powerful new automation engine enables the creation of a wide variety of triggers that respond to specific events and changes across system objects. Triggers can be configured to execute one or more automated operations, providing a flexible foundation for workflow automation.
As part of Phase 1, triggers are configured and activated by our team and can be used to automatically send email and text message communications to patients based on appointment-related events, statuses, and schedules.
This release lays the groundwork for additional automation capabilities that will be introduced in future phases.
How to Set Up Appointment-Related SMS Notifications?
To set up appointment-based SMS notifications, you will first need to contact our Sales Department at sales@remedly.com or call 415-237-3970, and we will work with you to set up the best package for your practice.
Pricing will be provided based on your expected monthly message volume, along with applicable terms and conditions.
To enable SMS delivery, you will either need to port your existing phone number to our integration partner, or we can purchase and configure a new number on your behalf. The latter option is the fastest way to get SMS notifications up and running.
Once all formalities are completed and a phone number is set up, we will provide a list of available trigger options that support SMS. You will also be able to review standard SMS templates for each event type and choose which messages should be sent and under what conditions.
For example, we can configure an appointment reminder SMS to be sent 2 days prior to the appointment.
After configuration is completed, SMS notifications are delivered automatically according to the defined trigger logic and timing.
