Patient appointments can be viewed either in the calendar or in the appointments list.

Appointments List
The Appointments List provides a summary of all appointments in your practice. It is available via the Appointments tab.
You can search the desired appointment by Appointment ID in the top-right corner.
You can open an appointment by clicking the corresponding appointment ID.
If you are utilizing our eRx integration, at the top of the Appointments tab will appear eRx notifications. Click on the blue links provided to access additional information:
- Unsigned prescriptions - will launch the eRx Report interface
- Pending prescriptions - will launch the eRx Report interface
- Change requests - will launch the eRx Message interface
- Renewals awaiting - will launch the eRx Message interface.
Appointments List Sorter
By default, appointments are sorted by appointment ID (from lowest to highest). You can reverse the sort order by clicking the arrows next to Appt. ID.
In a similar way you can change the order of the list based on:
- Patient
- Practitioner
- Mode
- Date.
Appointments List Filter
You can filter the appointments based on Appointment Status including:
- Canceled
- Checked in
- Checked out
- Confirmed
- No show
- Scheduled
You can also filter the appointments based on the following additional filter options:
- Patient
- Practitioner
- Department
- Mode including:
- In person
- Phone call
- Virtual
Just open any filter and choose the desired options to refine your search automatically.
In the same drop-down list you choose either Select All or Clear All to further adjust your search results.
To clear all filters simultaneously, use the Clear All button in the top-right corner of the list.
