Reschedule Appointments
To reschedule an appointment, click on the appointment tile in the calendar and then click the Reschedule appointment icon in Date, Time field.
Select the reason for rescheduling from the drop-down list.
Choose another date by clicking the calendar icon or just inputting the date manually in the field.
Select a suitable time in the Start Time field.
If you decide not to reschedule the appointment, you can discard your changes by clicking Cancel.
If you want to proceed, select the checkbox in case you want to notify the patient about the rescheduling of the appointment via email and click Reschedule.
The appointment will disappear from the initial scheduling slot and appear in the new scheduling slot.
Edit Services
If you need to edit the services for an appointment, you can do this from the appointment window by clicking the Edit icon.
You can delete a service or add a new one from the pull down menu of options. When you are ready, click Save.
The changes will be recorded in the appointment.
Edit Rooms
To edit a room, click the Edit icon in the Rooms field in the appointment window.
Change the room using the pull down menu of options and click Save.
The changes will be saved in the appointment.
Edit Notes
You can input or edit a note with additional information which is associated with the appointment. Click the Edit icon.
Add the note and click Save.
The note will be added to the appointment window.
