The Patient Communication Log provides visibility into all automated emails sent to patients, including password reset emails. If patients claim that they did not receive an email, verify if the email was sent via the Patient Communication Log. Also be sure to verify that their email was inputted correctly and that emails sent from DoNotReply@remedly.com are not landing in their spam folder.
Note: verify that the patient email is valid by checking the Patients with Invalid Emails list in the Marketing module.

To view all automated patient emails, use the sidebar menu to navigate to Audit Logs then Patient Communication:
The Patient Communication Log lists all emails sent to patients sorted by the most current.
To find a specific email, use the filters to search by patient name or date of email then click Update Filter.
To verify the email contents, click View.
