The Patient Invitation Code is visible on the dashboard and is your practice's unique identifier. It is used for:
- Practice-branded lead generation page
- Practice-branded patient portal page
- Patients creating their own patient account
Lead Generation Page
The patient invitation code is part of the unique URL for your practice-branded lead generation page used to generate leads into your practice.

Patient Portal Page
The patient invitation code is also part of the unique URL for your practice-branded patient portal page used to communicate with patients.
You can view and copy your practice's unique Patient Portal link by going to the Main Menu>Practice Account>Practice Profile.
It will be under the Practice Summary section of your Practice Profile. Embed this link in your website to facilitate patient access to their patient portal.

Patient Created Accounts
The patient invitation code is also used when patients click the Patient link from the login page instead of inputting their login credentials:
The interface will ask for their patient invitation code to confirm which practice they're trying to access:
The patient will contact the practice to request the provider invitation code. Once inserted, the patient will verify the practice then click Next to create a patient account:
If the patient is already in the practice database, this workflow will create a duplicate patient account which will need to be merged.
