Updated Verbiage in Patient Email Templates
Email templates for patients have been updated to improve the verbiage and to include important details as follows:
- Notification of newly scheduled appointment:
- Request to complete consent forms:
- Request to verify email address:
- No-show notification:
- Notification of cancelled appointment:
Ability to Clear All Selected Filter Options
When searching the appointment list, you can use the Clear all button to remove selected patient(s) in order to search for a different patient(s).
Ability to Manage Forms in the Patient Chart and Encounter
While viewing the patient chart or an encounter, you can also manage the patient's consent forms including sending additional forms via email or completing a form with the patient during their encounter.
To send a consent form via the patient chart:
- Go to your patient's chart
- Scroll down to see in the left menu Forms
- Click Add Form and select the desired form(s) from the list
Note: when a form is added from the patient chart, it will not be associated with any appointment.
To complete a consent form from the encounter:
