Viewing Appointments for a Date Range
The date filter in the appointment dashboard enables faster and more efficient scheduling. The feature allows for the filtering of appointments by specific dates or date ranges, making it easier to plan ahead and avoid appointment conflicts.
You can select a specific date and a date range. To select a date range, click on the first date and then the last date for the desired date range and the results will render.
Note: the selected date range can be removed in the filter by using the button Clear All.
Integrated Merchant Services
Remedly's integrated merchant services provide a simplified, secure, and seamless process for payments that will make your business even more efficient and effective.
Utilizing our merchant services partner Global Payments will allow you to have quicker checkouts using card swipes while being able to store credit card data for charging no-show fees, deposits, and other charges.

How to Activate Payments Integration

How to Activate and Manage Terminals
Terminals allow a merchant to capture required credit and debit card information and to transmit this data to the merchant services provider or bank for authorization as well as to transfer funds to the merchant.
In order to receive a terminal, please reach out to your Customer Success Manager or support@remedly.com.
To connect a terminal to the system, please follow these steps:
- Under Payment Settings, click the Add Terminal button
- In the pop-up window, specify the following information:

- Terminal name
- choose Department where the terminal will be used
- choose the terminal Brand
- add the terminal's Hostname which is accessed in the terminal's settings

3. Select Add Terminal to save your changes
You will be able to see the list of terminals added to the system.
To Edit the terminal, press the three dots and select Edit.
There you will be able to rename the terminal or reassign it to another department.
Note: To change the Device hostname or brand, you will need to remove the terminal and add it again from scratch.
- To remove the terminal, press three dots and select Remove. The terminal will be instantly removed.
