- How to add attachments to the Prior Authorization Number of the Patient

Add Attachments to Prior Authorization Number for the Patient
Now you are able to upload documents with the granted Prior Authorization Number to have a chance to check the initial document if needed.
To add an attachment:
1) Open Patient profile in RCM
2) Select the necessary Insurance
3) Click Add Authorization and fill in all necessary information including attachment and click Create.
Also, you are able to add attachments to the already created prior authorizations.
To do that click on the related authorization number
then Press Edit
5) In the opened window scroll down to find Attachments
6) Press Select File
Inform about the Existing Authorizations in the Appointment
Inside the appointment, the system will notify you if this patient has valid authorization, the number of remaining visits, and a list of authorized service codes.
Inform in the Appointment if there is no Valid Authorization for the Patient
In an appointment, the system will notify you if the patient doesn't have valid prior authorization.
To add the information about the Prior Authorization Number click Insurance Details.
