In this article, you'll learn about our updates to:

Linked Bills Information within Prior Authorization Details
In order to see the associated bills for the authorizations:
1) Open Patient Profile, from the Patients tab
2) Select Insurance and click on the desired one
3) Scroll down to Authorizations
Here you can see a Bills ID associated with authorizations.
4) Click on the prior authorization number
5) In the opened window you will find authorization details and Linked Bills
with a small overview:
- Bill ID
- Date of Service
- Location
- Status of the Bill
- Label
You can also open the bill to view full details from here:
1) Press on the Bill ID
2) You are redirected to the Bill Details

Notification about authorized visits inside the appointment is instantly updated with any changes conducted across the billing application.
Start Encounter in Appointment Modes ''Scheduled'' and ''Confirmed''
Practitioners can start their patient encounter before the appointment starts time in order to document any necessary notes in advance of the appointment.
Encounters can be started in advance if they have the following statuses:
- status Scheduled
- status Confirmed
To start encounter for these appointments:
1) Click More Actions
2) Select Start New Encounter
3) Select Encounter Template
4) Press Start Encounter
5) A blank Encounter will be opened for further actions in a separate window
Change Appointment Statuses with any Encounter State
The status of an appointment can be changed even after the corresponding encounter has been created.
For example, if an appointment in 'Checked-In' status has a corresponding encounter,
you can revert the appointment back to the status Scheduled.
Patients Tab Improvement (RCM)
In order to improve current system performance, the Patients tab has been separated into two sections:
- Patients: provides an overview of all patients within your practice
- Patients Analytics: provides an overview of patient balances with aging.
From these tabs, you can:
go directly to Patient profiles by clicking on the patient's name
open Billing Ledger by clicking three dots on the right
