Add an Addendum to a Signed Encounter
Signed encounters cannot be edited but you can add addendums.
1. When you opened an encounter, scroll down the page.
2. Choose Addendums.
3. Click + Add Addendum.
4. Fill in the Subject and the relevant details. Then click Save.
Each addendum will be listed and can be opened by clicking on the Subject field for viewing.
When opened, the addendum details can be reviewed.
Note: There is no limit to how many addendums can be added to a note.
Also addendums are for office use only and cannot be shared with patients via Remedly.
ICD-10 Codes Update
The ICD-10 codes library has been updated and will apply to all new documents created both in the EHR and the RCM (encounters, bills, claims etc.).
All codes also use the dot formatting both in the EHR (in encounters) and the RCM (in bills, claims, etc.).
Note: In CMS 1500 (including 837 file), ICD-10 codes will display without the dot formatting, for compliance with the 1500 Claim Form Reference Instruction Manual.
The ICD-10 codes search will render results regardless of whether or not the dot has been entered.
RCM:
In the EHR the dot format is still required when searching for diagnosis.

Tab Title Descriptions
Tab titles describe the module which has been opened. This is helpful when multiple tabs are opened for easier identification.
