For improved communication options, you can add a secondary phone number to the patient chart to document an additional way to contact your patient.
You can add a Secondary Phone Number in the patient chart when editing the details.
Workflow Improvement when Posting Claims from the Remittance
For a more efficient workflow, posting a claim from the remittance ERA or EOB will refresh the page to stay on the claim instead of navigating to the remittance summary. This will allow you to complete posting claims without having to navigate back to the claim.
