How to View List of Appointments in Patient Chart
By clicking the Appointments tab in the Patient Chart, you can view upcoming and previous patient appointments. You can view important information, including appointment status, practitioner, department, mode, and appointment start date and time.
All of this patient's appointments can be found page by page. There are 10 appointments on each page.
The appointment list can be sorted by appointment IDs, statuses, practitioners, departments, modes, and dates.
By default, the appointment list is sorted by date and time in descending order (most recent dates at the top and rest in descending order).
You can select an appointment by the Appt ID and the details will be shown in a pop-up window.

New Claim Status was Added
To clearly understand submitted claims vs. claims that should be resubmitted, a new claim status was added: Not ReSubmitted.
If you receive a response from the clearinghouse or payer, you may resubmit the claim after editing it.
Edit claims with the following statuses and after editing claims will be marked as Not Resubmitted:
- Remittance Received
- Submitted to CLH
- Submitted to Payer
- Rejected by Payer
- Rejected by CLH
How to Submit Bulk Claims to a Clearinghouse
If you need to submit multiple claims, our bulk claims submission feature will save you time.
To select multiple claims to be submitted, navigate to the RCM then the Claims tab and find the checkbox icon:
Clicking on the checkbox icon provides a menu at the bottom of the page as well as checkboxes next to each claim.
The menu will be active as long as at least one claim is selected. The total number of selected claims is displayed in the menu. You can navigate to another page or filter your claims knowing that the selected claims will be saved.
You have multiple options for how to submit the selected claims in bulk:
- Submit on Paper
- Submit Electronically
- Submit electronically with Practice NPI
To select all of the claims displayed, click on the first checkbox located in the header of the list of claims.
After selecting the desired submission option, you will be prompted to confirm the submission:
You will be notified that your submission was successful.
How to Void Bulk Claims
When you click the checkbox to activate the bulk claims operation, the option to void the selected claims appears in the menu.
After clicking the Void button, you will be prompted to confirm the void:
You will be notified that your submission was successful.
How to View Results and Statuses of Bulk Operation Tasks
To see all the details of bulk operation tasks, navigate to the Operations Log which is located in the drop-down menu in the page header.
The Operations Log displays an overview of the operation:
- Operation ID
- Operation Name
- Practice Name
- Status
- Initiated Date and Time
- Completed Date and Time
- The user who initiated the operation
- Message to describe the task status
There are several statuses of the operation:
- Failed - the operation was not processed
- Completed - the operation has been completed
- Scheduled - the operation is in the queue
The Operation Log contains all claims that have been submitted or voided in bulk.
To see details about the corresponding claims, click the Operation ID.
In the details, you can see all claims, their operation status, and messages.
Note: Not all claim statuses are available for submission, for example status Scrubbing Not Passed. If you try to bulk submit a claim with a status that is not ready for submission, the status of that claim will not change and an error message will appear in the Operations Log section.
Understanding the Number of the Claims on the Practice's List Page
On the Practice List page, the Claims column was renamed to Review Claims.
This column shows the sum of the claims in the status Not Submitted and Not Resubmitted.
