How to re-send appointment confirmation emails
Our latest EHR enhancement enables practitioners to re-send appointment confirmations to patients, providing them with timely reminders and reducing appointment no-shows.
To send an appointment reminder to the patient's email, click on the appointment in the Calendar, or find it in the Appointments menu.
1. As the appointment unfolds, and you'll see the More Actions button at the bottom right:
2. Under More Actions, choose Resend appointment email.
Note: the patient must have a valid email address specified in their patient chart for the reminder to be sent.
3. At the top right, you'll see a notification indicating if the email has been sent successfully.
Note: in case you see an error saying that the patient doesn't have an email address, click on the icon next to the patient's name > Edit their profile > add their email address to the corresponding field > hit Save. Then go back to the appointment, and try sending the email anew.
4. The patient will instantly receive an email with all the details of the upcoming appointment:
Improved notification on Rcopia (by DrFirst) connection error
Remedly connects smoothly with Rcopia, handling vital patient info like Medications, Allergies, and Problem List.
Sometimes, connectivity hiccups may occur with Rcopia, leading to a glitch upon transferring patient's IDs. Previously, this caused the Rcopia buttons to vanish, giving the impression of a deactivated integration, or lack of access.
With our latest update, Rcopia buttons remain accessible at all times. If there's a connection problem or a missing parameter, the system will show a clear error message, ensuring that you can address it promptly with the assistance of our Support team.
