Show Outgoing eFaxes in Patient Chart

Previously, in Patient chart you could view only the incoming eFaxes. With this release, you'll be able to review the outgoing eFaxes as well. This will allow you to see all faxes related to this patient in one place.

To review the eFaxes, navigate to a patient chart in EHR and select Faxes:

We've also added the "Type" column to eFaxes to see the direction of the eFaxes.

 

Enable Receipt Generation for Credit Card Payments in "Pending" Status

Previously, the system did not allow receipt generation for credit card payments in a "Pending" status, as we wanted to ensure the transaction was successfully processed by the Merchant Service before issuing a receipt to the patient.

To keep patients informed that their credit card transaction is being processed, we've now implemented the ability to generate a receipt for payments in "Pending" status. You can print out the receipt or send it to the patient via email during checkout, rather than waiting to mail the receipt the following day.

To do that, navigate to a patient payment in RCM in "Pending" status and hit "Generate" in the Receipts tab. 

Note: You can email that receipt to the patient - hit "..." -> "Send via Email".

 

Receipts generated for "Pending" payments will have that reflected in the document:
