Show the Clickable Contact Links in Emails to Patients (Phone, Location, Fax)
We’ve added support for clickable contact links in patient emails! Now, when a patient receives an email, they can easily click on practice contacts (e.g., Phone, Location, Fax) to be redirected to their phone app or maps, making it more convenient to reach out or find your location.
How to Send Documents via Fax from the Attachments
To streamline document management, when you send an attachment via fax from a patient's chart, it now appears in both the general outgoing faxes list and the "Faxes" tab within the patient’s chart.
This improvement allows you to easily track all outgoing faxes for each patient in one place by simply checking the Faxes tab in their chart.
To send an Attachment via eFax:
- Navigate to the "Attachments" section.
- Click on the three dots next to the document you want to send.
- Select "Send via eFax" from the dropdown menu.
Once the attachment is sent, it will appear in the "Faxes" tab alongside other faxes related to the patient, as well as in the complete list of sent faxes for the practice.
Introducing Internal Notes for Faxes
You can now add Internal Notes to faxes in both the patient chart and the "Fax" section of the EHR. These notes allow you to include relevant information about each fax for easy reference and improved coordination across your team.
To add an Internal Note to a fax, click on the three dots in the fax's row and hit "Add Internal Note":
Fill in the internal note in the text box and hit "Save". You can also cancel adding the note.
Once you hit Save, the Internal Note will be displayed both in ''Fax'' section and Patient Chart's ''Faxes'' tab:
At any time you can edit or remove existing notes:
Notification if a Patient is Scheduled for Future Appointment
To improve front desk efficiency by providing real-time information on upcoming appointments, reduce the need for manual checks and ensure better patient scheduling management, now, when checking out a patient, you'll receive a notification if the patient has any future appointments scheduled.
Click "See details" to open the next appointment in a new browser tab.
Please note:
The notification is always about the appointment following the one you're viewing. If you open an old appointment, it will show the next one, even if it's in the past.
Please note:
This feature is disabled by default. If you want it added to your EHR, please email support@remedly.com.
Enhanced Automatic Linking of Claims to ERA by Removing the "Modifiers" Validation
Previously, RCM didn't link automatically a claim to a remittance (ERA) if they have different Modifier(s) or Units. Now, the claim is linked regardless, but a notification will alert you to any discrepancies.
