Filtering Appointments in the Calendar
Deselecting an appointment type will hide it from the calendar view.
When a calendar filter is applied, a dot indicator will appear on the filter icon, letting you know that filters are active.
This feature lets you customize your view for a more streamlined scheduling experience.
Calendar Settings
You can now access and customize Calendar settings in a dedicated tab.
Simply click the settings icon and select "Calendar Settings."
Here, you can adjust various settings for your Calendar:
- Column Sets
-Time Zones
-Display of appointment in different role
Once you've finished editing the Calendar Settings, click the "X" to return to the calendar view.
Column Sets
To select a Column Set from the Calendar view, click on the settings icon. Your full list of column sets will be displayed automatically.
To hide it you can click an arrow.
To add Column Set click ''+Column Set''.
To edit or remove the Column Sets, click on the three-dot icon and select the desired action.
Time Zones
The Calendar now supports multiple time zones, making scheduling easier across different locations for practices, team members, or patients.
The primary time zone is based on your practice's primary time zone settings, and you can add up to four additional time zones in the calendar view. To set this up, go to Calendar Settings.
Click "+ Time Zone".
Select a time zone, and hit "Add".
The added time zone will be displayed in the list.
Note: the time zone marked as Primary is the time zone of your practice
Calendar will show up to four additional time zones right to left starting from Primary, abbreviated according to their names (PST - Pacific Standard Time, CST - Central Standard Time, etc.).
In Calendar Settings, you can also manage Time Zones by:
1) Dragging and dropping to rearrange additional time zones on the Calendar.
2) Delete time zones by clicking the three dots icon -> "Remove Time Zone"
Appointment in Different Role
By default, the Calendar displays appointments for the same practitioner in different roles as time blocks Appointment in different role" to prevent double scheduling.
If you prefer, you can remove these time blocks from your calendar view by unchecking the "Appointment in Different Role" toggle in the Calendar Settings.
The calendar will show only appointments and manually created time blocks.
Allow linking a Charge Item several times to a single Remittance Claim Item
In previous versions, you could only link a charge item from a claim to a remittance once. This worked for most cases, but some situations required more flexibility.
For example, if you received a paper Explanation of Benefits (EOB) listing multiple adjustments for the same charge item, the system didn’t allow you to duplicate the charge item to match what’s listed on the EOB. While Electronic Remittance Advice (ERA) files handled these adjustments automatically, you still couldn’t make manual adjustments if needed.
Now, you can link the same charge item several times - both in EOB and ERAs. In the Remittance view, click More Actions -> Add Charges
Select the charge item(s) you want added, and click "Add". You can do this multiple times if needed.
Once you’ve added the charge items, you can edit and adjust them just like usual.
