Introducing Patient Portal
Patient Portal is here! Now your patients can register and request appointments from your practice - all in a convenient, mobile user-friendly interface.
Please note:
Patient Portal is disabled by default, as it requires configuration. Please contact support@remedly.com to set it up for your practice.
We will be giving updates and guides for Patient Portal in a separate section of our Help Center - stay tuned!
Encounter and Forms Icons on Appointments in Calendar View
To allow better access to appointment-related documents' status, we've added new icons to Appointments in Calendar View:
The icons reflect the status of Encounters and Forms related to this appointment.
For Encounters, the statuses can be:
- Encounter not started -
- Encounter not signed -
- Encounter signed -
- Encounter cancelled -
For Forms, the statuses can be:
- Forms not completed -
- Forms completed -
Please note:
if an appointment has multiple encounters, all their statuses will be shown in Calendar view (example - an appointment with a cancelled and a signed encounter:
If an appointment has at least one incomplete form, it will display "Forms not completed" icon.
You can also filter the appointments by their Encounter state in Appointments section:
View and Edit Reason for Archive
To make records more detailed and correct any mistakes during Archiving patients, you now can view and edit Reason for Archive:
Click "More Actions" -> "Change Archived Reason" to review and change archived reason:
Select the correct reason and hit Save.
Patient card will update to reflect the changes.
