Removed Archived and Duplicate Patients from Patient Search
To streamline patient searches, we've removed patients in Archived status and patients with Duplicate labels from search results. This affects any "Search Patient" box during appointment creation, Faxes and other:
The Patients section is not affected, and searching there will return all patients records.
Added support for .jpeg file uploads
We've added .jpeg to file extensions accepted to upload as attachments. This includes user-completed forms.
Added the ability to set default POS in claims for each appointment type
Previously, whenever there was a new claim created in RCM, it would set a value from department's settings as POS:
Now, you can set a default POS in claims for each appointment type. Navigate to Account Settings:
Navigate to a Department and select the new "Place of Service Details" tab, then hit "+ Add":
Select an Appointment Mode and corresponding Place of Service, then hit "Save":
Now, every new claim for that appointment mode will have the specified POS instead of the default one in department settings.
