System-wide(EHR/RCM/Patient Portal):
Allowed users to change their email/username
Previously, usernames for new users were fixed and unable to change. You could change email, but had to log in with original username. Now the system allows you to change both your email and username to another.
To change your email, navigate to User Profile (in EHR, RCM or Patient Portal):
In User Profile, click Edit next to your Username.
You will be prompted to enter your account password for security:
After providing and confirming your new email, changes will apply to your account across EHR and RCM.
Additionally, you will receive a confirmation email that your email/username was changed.
Allowed users to change their phone number
Similar to emails, now users can change their phone number in User Profile:
Enter phone number and hit Save. Changes will apply immediately.
